The Commission has established, implemented and maintained procedures for the identification, maintenance, disposition and disposal of OHS records, as well as the results of audits and reviews.
By using electronic methods, the OHS records are legible, identifiable and traceable to the activity, product or service involved.
OHS records stored and maintained in such a way that they are readily retrievable and protected against damage, deterioration or loss. Retention times are established and recorded. Records are maintained, as appropriate to the system and to the Commission.
