In this course participants will develop an understanding of Risk Management Systems (RMS), how risk is Identified in the organisation and business, how to calculate its value, how assess the impact of risk on an organisation, how to control risk and how to monitor risk. Participants will learn from real life examples and will directly reflect on how to implement an enterprise risk management approach in their own organisation.
